Sizes: 

• Our buildings come in 8',10',12' and 14' widths.
• Length of building is customer determined in 2' increments starting with 8' and ending in 40'

Options:

• Windows, Shelved, Peg board, Lofts, Locking steel doors, Vents, Ramps, Colored trim, Work benches, Skirting.
• Buildings can be delivered or built on site by Terry Building Professionals and leveled within 25 miles of TBC at no extra charge*

Buildings delivered over 25  miles subject to mileage charges.

Floors:

• 40 year pressure treated skids, 2 x 4 or 2 x 6 floor joist on 16" centers.
• 40 year pressure treated perimeter board, ¾" exterior plywood (heavy duty).

Roof:

• Roof  available in Barn or House style. 
• Frame is 4" 16 gauge Cee beams.
• Roof sheets are 26 gauge, one-piece double lapped to insure no leakage, (commercial grade) steel panel, 30 year paint.
• Roof guaranteed not to leak.

Color: White.

Doors:

• Standard (less than 160 sq. ft.) 3’ door.
• Standard (160 sq. ft. & over) (2) 3’ doors.

Trim:

• 26 gauge steel, factory baked on enamel, 30 year paint.
• Color: White Standard (Six Colors - extra charge).
• Mitered gutter & rake trim on house style.
